The Queen of the Sycorax was the monarchical ruler of the Sycorax. (COMIC: Into Control [+]Loading...["Into Control (comic story)"]) After learning the Sycorax leader's tribe were murdered because of Harriet Jones, (TV: The Christmas Invasion [+]Loading...["The Christmas Invasion (TV story)"]) she worked to avenge her people. To assist her plans, she used the sword that the Sycorax leader cut the Tenth Doctor's hand off with to acquire the Tenth Doctor's blood. The Fourteenth Doctor intervened to stop her and, given he looked like an older version of his tenth incarnation, the Queen mistook him for that incarnation and engaged him in a sword fight. This character being the "Queen" of the Sycorax doesn't seem to entirely fit with the previously established hierarchy of the species; the Sycorax were led by a tribal leader, known as a "Fadros Pallujikaa".
