A Chinese soldier, described as a "Red" by Rhodes, was among those who came across the Yalu out of Manchuria. In December 1950, the Chinese engaged the US Army on a frozen hilltop south of the Changjin Reservoir in Korea, and the soldier was shot by Rhodes. (COMIC: The Good Soldier)
