The Red Dragon Centre, (PROSE: Slow Decay) Red Dragon Leisure Centre, (AUDIO: Piece of Mind) or simply the Red Dragon, (PROSE: Risk Assessment) was a large building in Cardiff. Toshiko Sato understood from her knowledge of Cardiff geography, that part of the Hub — specifically chamber twenty-six of the Torchwood Archive — was located beneath the Red Dragon Centre.
