Richard Dempsey (born 16 May 1973[1]) played Tsar Nicholas II in the Doctor Who television story The Power of the Doctor.

Outside of Doctor Who, Dempsey has largely pursued a career in live theatre. He is probably best known to television audiences for his role as Peter Pevensie in the 1988 BBC production of The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe, and an appearance in a 2013 episode of Doc Martin.
