Rone was the Chief of Customs on Calibris. He was a Vacintian and the father of Cora and at least two other daughters. On 31 May 2008, he sent the Tenth Doctor to find her. He explained the original use of the Time Reavers. He sacrificed his life to prevent harm from his daughter's foolish actions to anybody else. (AUDIO: Time Reaver)
