Dr Roo was Figment's friend. Whilst walking in the Thousand Year Wood, Figment wondered if he would be whisked away by Roo who would want him to go looking for a Gallifrump. (POEM: Beforwards) Instead Figment, Whoot the Owl and Bigger found one that same day. (POEM: Afterwords)

- Dr Roo is a play on the words "Dr Who" and him wanting to go and look for a Gallifrump is a reference to THE Twelfth Doctor looking for Gallifrey.
- He is also named after Roo from the Winnie-The-Pooh stories.
