The S-Branch was a statistical group established by Frederick Lindemann. (AUDIO: The Oncoming Storm, Static) The Sixth Doctor (using the name "Dr Lethbridge-Stewart") and Constance Clarke pretended to be from the S-Branch whilst visiting Abbey Marston. (AUDIO: Static)
