SPUD Squad 352 was one of the squads of the Special Positron Undercover Death Squad, led by the SPUDS officer, charged with hunting down and destroying anything and anyone threatening the stability of the universe.
This squad found the Doctor guilty of violating Code 27592KJGD9 by being in possession of the Engarian life form Volta on the TARDIS and had to chase it through space towards the Outer Galaxies, even calling for reinforcement. It ultimately failed. (GAME: The Runaway)
