Sam Kelly (19 December 1943-14 June 2014[1]) played Eugene Tacitus in the Big Finish Doctor Who audio story The Holy Terror and Acheron in Return to the Web Planet.

Outside of Doctor Who, he was known for portraying Captain Hans Geering in the sitcom 'Allo 'Allo!, with Carmen Silvera, Hilary Minster and Guy Siner.
