Sanford was a soldier who worked for the Forge.
When Panda was captured by the Forge, Sanford guarded Panda's containment unit with Hutchinson. After Iris Wildthyme cut the power from the Forge's base, Sanford contacted Captain Donbavand. Sanford took out a flashlight to see in the dark and found that he and Hutchinson were not alone. Iris sprayed her chloroform perfume on Sanford and he fell unconscious. (PROSE: Project: Wildthyme)
