The Secunda was the administrator for the facilities on Zamper

She stole the Chelonian's shuttle by sacrificing Mr Jottipher to deactivate its security systems. However, she was caught by the Chelonian fleet and questioned, eventually dissected by a Chelonian surgeon-general. (PROSE: Zamper)
