The Sehkmet were skilful burglars, known for their agility and love of all things Egyptian. They attempted to steal the Crystal Scarab from the Egypt museum with the intention of selling it to raise funds for a battle fleet. They were thwarted by the Eleventh Doctor, who lassoed the scarab back (using a technique he had picked up from the Lone Ranger) just moments before their spaceship departed. He returned it to the security guard, Oliver, who placed it back on display. (COMIC: The Purrfect Crime)
