Shadow Vortex

The Shadow Vortex was a Dalek weapon. The Dalek Time Strategist wanted to use it to invade the Earth behind its quantum shield and destroy it in order to stop the Doctor meeting his companions, hoping to erase him from time altogether. (AUDIO: The Shadow Vortex) Following the end of the Last Great Time War, which saw the conflict itself time locked from reality, the usage of the Shadow Vortex was among the wartime incidents which were recorded in the Dalek pathweb but could not be verified by the New Dalek Paradigm.
