Shilling (The Kicker)

Shilling was a fellow patient at the Drane Institution with the War Master, who once tried to teach him how to play chess. He asked the Master if he liked being mad. They played poker for matchsticks. He was chastised by Drane for playing games with Master. He followed Sendeya's henchman Kiltus find The Master's TARDIS. He played a game of truth or dare.
