Shipyard Number One was constructed in Russia during the Year That Never Was. Stretching from the Black Sea to the Bering Strait, the shipyard constructed half of the Saxon Master's two hundred thousand Toclafane rockets with which he intended to wage war upon the rest of the universe. During her travels in that year, Martha Jones saw the shipyard, telling Tom Milligan about it when she returned to Great Britain near the year's end.
