Si Spencer (1961 – 2021[1]) wrote the DWA comic stories A Delicate Operation and Under the Volcano.
In March (production) 2006 (production), it was announced that Spencer would write an episode for Torchwood series 1.[2] However, the episode was not ultimately released.
