The Seventh Doctor brought the "spirit of the Telphin" to Earth in 1945. He made Simon its host, then erased his memories.
In 1995, he told Simon the story of the Telphin. The spirit, now recovered, freed itself from Simon and left Earth to rebuilt the Telphin civilisation. (COMIC: Memorial)
