:::Well, for what it's worth people didn't seem to think so [[Forum:The Question|the last time this came up]]. I think that ''context'' matters here: when "Doctor who?" is asked in the context of the religious beliefs of the Silence, it's "the Question", but when it's asked in other contexts it isn't, necessarily.
