It makes the old school fans happy and almost guarantees the front page of Radio Times. There's not a whole lot of classic villains left that the general public will have heard of; anyone they bring back now will be just to make the hardcore fans happy, like with the [[Macra]]. | |||

Bringing back [[The Rani]] might diminish the Master story - he was so sad that there was once again only one Time Lord, bringing back The Rani might un-do that a bit. | |||
