I am the IP user you banned from editing on the Doctor Who Answers Wiki for following site policy and deleting personal opinion from the question [http://drwho.answers.wikia.com/wiki/How_did_the_time_war_start_and_why How Did the Time War Start and Why]. Despite my clearly explaining in the edit summary why I deleted the comment, you chose to block me. The fact you were a recent editor of that question places you in conflict of interest. You are abusing your position as admin and I will be contacting Imamadmad as soon as my block expires (or earlier if Imamadmad has an account on this wiki) to demand you be removed as admin.
