I'm wondering if there shouldn't be a separate entry for the Dyoni in the film, as differences do exist between the two versions. The film Dyoni certainly isn't jealous of [[Susan (Dalek movies)|Susan]], for obvious reasons, and it is [[Alydon]], not Dyoni, who shows the Doctor the Thal history records in the film. In fact, the film Dyoni plays a significantly smaller role in events than her television counterpart. | I'm wondering if there shouldn't be a separate entry for the Dyoni in the film, as differences do exist between the two versions. What evidence is there that Dyoni predates the Spiridon incident?
The Thals in The Dead Planet and the other parts of that serial had maps of the nearest 500,000 star
systems, left over from an earlier age.
