Snakedance mentions Omega. Also, in Warriors' Gate the Doctor and Romana discuss for what very much seems to be the first time "hang on, if we leave E-Space with Adric we'll be taking him out of his own universe" which if there was a significant gap between the stories you'd think they'd have mentioned before.
