(The Doctor (fictional character) is the "meta-fictional" Doctor, a Doctor who's fictional even within the DW universe. When a story has a framing device set in the real world, the "fictional" Doctor it uses is the fictional Doctor of our world — the Thirteenth Doctor. Also, the "in-universe" Gill and Whittaker absolutely do not warrant separate pages. They don't even appear out-of-character!
