Day of the Moon includes dialogue confirming that Rory Williams remembers his time as an Auton. That would seem to make them the same character. I propose removing "Auton Rory Williams" from the single-adventure category and just leaving the main Rory Williams listed. It's almost like listing young Amy separately, really (and a case could be made for the alternate timeline Amelia featured in The Big Bang using the same criteria as Auton Rory).
