Sundayan water pigeon

From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference

Water Pigeon were aquatic birds found on the planet Sunday.

Water pigeon laid brown eggs which were considered a delicacy by the Sundayan settlers. They were rich in flavour, double-yolked, and the size of an Earth Ostrich egg. According to Candy Kane, one water pigeon egg could feed a family of four people for a day.

The water pigeon were named by human colonists from Earth, and the name most likely originates from the birds' likeness to Earth pigeons. (PROSE: Wetworld)
