As I said in the merge tag, this page should be merged with Central Committee of Mondas, as the two are basically the same thing; although the Cyber-Planner is formed after the Committee sacrifice their individuality and effectively become one mind, it's not as if this leads into the Cyber-Planner appearing in another story as a distinct being from the Committee; it's only around for a few minutes after the Committee sacrifice their individuality, and then it dies.
