Is this article title correct?[[edit source]]
In the Journey's End article it's stated that there's nothing definitive in Torchwood to suggest Gwen has changed her name. Is this the case? I haven't seen series 2 yet, but we do have Jack calling her Gwen Cooper in JE. If she hasn't adopted the Williams name, then it's incorrect to have this article titled Gwen Williams. 23skidoo 02:57, 11 July 2008 (UTC)
- I Would Say Call the Article what she is called in Torchwood since that where her main appearances are Dark Lord Xander 02:58, 11 July 2008 (UTC)
Then if that is correct that should be what the page is called Dark Lord Xander 00:23, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
- Then it should be moved back to Gwen Cooper Dark Lord Xander 06:09, 16 July 2008 (UTC)

The return of Gwen Williams[[edit source]]
I just noticed someone put Gwen Williams as an alias in the infobox. Uh-uh. Unless the name is used in some official capacity (TV episode, novel) it doesn't belong anywhere. 23skidoo 17:57, 6 August 2009 (UTC)
Quite a bit of "Williams" about again. Changing it back to Cooper. There's also no evidence of her being Gwen Elizabeth Williams Cooper, so that's going too. 95.148.39.196 16:36, April 23, 2010 (UTC)
October 2006[[edit source]]
The 2006 date for Gwen joining Torchwood must be wrong, if the Battle of Canary Wharf was in July 2007, and Gwen definitely joined after that. I think the best assumption is that it's an error in the CIA files. Or is the battle date wrong? Ausir(talk) <staff/> 11:10, July 9, 2011 (UTC)
- Given that this involves more than just this page, probably best to continue here: Forum:Battle of Canary Wharf/Torchwood series 1 dating. Ausir(talk) <staff/> 11:22, July 9, 2011 (UTC)
Mrs. Williams[[edit source]]
I know that we need a reference to her being called Gwen Williams if we are going to put that as an alias. I don't know if this would count, or has already been brought up, but in "Something Borrowed" she says something along the lines of "I want to get married today. You can take this alien baby out of me after I become Mrs. Williams. Is that enough to count as a reference?69.137.225.42 17:44, August 18, 2011 (UTC)
- No. The Gathering has a UK government official explicitly and definitively saying she did not ever take Williams as her last name. End of debate.

I don't have the time to do the rewrite at the moment, but I think the following paragraph needs a rewrite. Not for the sake of accuracy persay, but to fix the English and quality. 70.123.100.18talk to me 23:43, September 18, 2012 (UTC)
