This page states that this is one of the policemen that pursues Christina. However, having rewatched Planet of the Dead and looking at pictures of the actor, it seems that he is actually likely a UNIT sergeant as opposed to a police one, more specifically being the one that hands Captain Magambo the phone when The Doctor first calls her.
