This book isn't non-fiction like the page suggests, it's fiction and retells the first two seasons of Torchwood through in-universe documents, similar to works like Apocrypha Bipedium and The Time Lord Letters. Toqgers ☎ 19:11, June 1, 2020 (UTC)

ETA: I think the mistake probably stems from the "sticker" on the front of the cover that says "This book is a reference guide for Torchwood", which is actually an in-universe message to Torchwood employees not like, a description of what type of book it is. Toqgers ☎ 19:21, June 1, 2020 (UTC)
