Tentacled species (The Rings of Akhaten)

A tentacled species visited Tiaanamat at the time of the Festival of Offerings. They wore what seems to be a breathing apparatus similar to the Hath, and had mouth tentacles much like the Ood. (TV: The Rings of Akhaten)
