The Dundee Herald was the regional newspaper for the Scottish town Dundee.
A man in the Dundee train read issue No. 116 from Sunday 28 December 1879.
On 29 December 1879, the paper reported on the destruction of the Tay Bridge and the resulting train crash that caused all of about 100 passengers to lose their lives. (COMIC: The Weeping Angels of Mons [+]Loading...["The Weeping Angels of Mons (comic story)"])

The newspaper seems to have ceased publication sufficiently long ago to not be easy to find. However, references to it can be found, for instance, here and here.
