The dimension of the Tolians was where the Tolians were from. A dimensional node was used by the Master to drain the energy from this dimension in order to convince the Tolians to help him. The Master, disguised as the Doctor, warned the Seventh Doctor and Raine Creevey not to help the Tolians, but the Doctor and Raine stayed in the dimension anyway.
