The Unbound Doctor used a sonic screwdriver when he visited Skaro with Alistair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart. (AUDIO: Masters of War)
Bernice Summerfield found the screwdriver while visiting the Emporium. She didn’t recognize the model but knew that her Doctor would. Later, the Unbound Doctor would see the screwdriver and knew what it was. (AUDIO: The Emporium at the End)
