Universal Declaration of Human Rights

On 10 December 1948, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was adopted by the United Nations, granting human rights to all humans on Earth. It formed the basis for Silurian, alien, clone and robot rights declarations in the following centuries. (PROSE: Time Traveller's Diary)
