The Panopticon/When a character qualifies for their own page.

I’ve been wondering lately if maybe we should be a little more strict as to deciding what minor characters are significant enough to get their own pages.

I mean, do really need a page for, say, the man in Turn Left who ran into the pub to alert everyone about the Racnoss star?
