The Gunfighters (TV story) page states it is the last time historical characters are featured prominently until The Unquiet Dead (TV story), though that page says Herbert George Wells is featured in Timelash (TV story) - if any historial characters feature majorly in the meantime (including timelash) then update the gunfighters page (and modify timelash page).
