Animal expedition vessel AE7 was returning to Earth from a zoological survey on Zeus when its crew was attacked by the creatures on board, including mice and butterflies, (PROSE: Spaceship S.O.S.) which had been enlarged by Piil and Truen. Fireball XL5 received the distress signal but Steve Zodiac arrived too late to save anybody. (COMIC: The Giant Ant Invasion)
