Betty was an actress who played a heroine in the unfinished film The Blob from Beyond by movie director/producer Larry Haxton Jr. Believing her a damsel in distress, the Tenth Doctor 'rescued' Betty from the grip of a Thrunn shortly after arriving in the middle of a film shoot. Disliking Haxton’s treatment of the Thrunn, Betty helped the Doctor to effect the Thrunn’s escape. (DWA: Creature Feature)
