A New Earth Empire was the governing body of humans around the year Five billion. Circa 4,999,999,740, the planet New Savannah was added to it. (IDW: Agent Provocateur) The New Earth Empire was presumably based at New Earth in the M87 Galaxy, though it could have stretched many light years.
