The Franks were a Germanic group who lived in what became France near the Rhine river. In an alternative timeline, a group of Franks plundered the Pandorica (guarded by the Lone Centurion) in 420 AD. It is unknown what they did with it afterward, but by 1120 AD it was taken as the prize possession of the Knights Templar. (DW: The Big Bang)
