Suzan Q was a member of The Happiness Patrol until she got arrested for being misserable. When she was arrested she met The Doctor and Ace also arrested. The Doctor, Ace and Suzan Q ran away from the jail and she helped The Doctor and Ace and a few others defeat Helen A.
