[1] - it has been officially confirmed that the title for the first christmas special is The End of Time part 1.Saxon 3 12:37, November 19, 2009 (UTC)

Now that we've had the trailer and the preview i think we can start to pput what we know together and try to make sense out of it. Not, after waters of mars we find out that the doctor says no defiantly because he is avoiding his death. He marries Queen Elizabeth I and names a galxy alison, and gets into a load of troube. Eventually he goes to Ood sphere and exits the Tardis in sunglasses a hat and a hawaiian flower necklace. Ood Sigma takes him to the Ood city. He then reveals that it has been 100 years since the doctor last visited. The Doctor realises that there is a problem that they shouldnt be able to summon him or build a city like this. R.T.D teased on the commentary for WOM that there was something bleeding through from the other side - i think the master has created a rift, and caused something simular to what happened in FOPompeii - Sigma then takes the doctor to the elder of the Ood. The Ood dressed in white seems to be making a prophecy. "returning, returninbg, it is slowly returning, through the dark and the fire and the blood, always returning, returning to this world. It is returning and he is returning, and they are returning, but too late, too late, far too late." - now judging by the fact the Ood said through the dark fire and blood, I would say these are all references to the time lords and gallifrey and the master. We dont know what happens after this, bUT i HAVE A THEORY. The Master realises that the Doctor is there with the Ood, and so uses the power of the rift to take control of them *explaining the red eye in the trailer) the doctor sees the red eye and runs away fering that it is his death. The Doctor escapes to the TARDIS and goes back to 2009. There outside Donna's house, he calls Wilf who is sitting on the front door step. Wilf comes over and tells the doctor that he can't park the tardis there. The Doctor asks him if he has seen anything to do with his life around. Wilf replies no but says that donna had a bit of a funny turn when she saw a book called fighting the future by joshua naismith.they go inside the house and get the book. Sylvia isnt to happy that the doctor is back. Anyway they grab the book and go. Whilst the tardid is dissapearing syvia shouts bring him back. Donna comes out going are you talking to yourself again. The Doctor and Wilf go to a cafe where the doctor explains about the predictions of his death. The Doctor take swilf back home and then sees a sign for a book called the journal of impossible things. The doctor then gooes to see the author, called vcerity newman who is a relation of the matron from family of blood. The Doctor seems to have an argument of some sorts with her. The Doctor goes back to the tardis which is parked near sarah ajnes house. Luke is crossing the road and a car is about to run him over. The doctor saves him and then carries on to the tardis. Sarah Jane comes out and calls the doctor, he turns around and waves (an example of the new attitude) i suspect that during all of this we will see clips of the master and naismith. I do have more but i think this is enough for now at least. Saxon 3 15:24, November 21, 2009 (UTC)

Found big spoiler in the Roadio Times - it says(this was also said in the sypnosis) that the master is avoiding death aswell and simm saisd that he keeps flicking between skeleton mode. I think the Master ressurection is only temporary, that he's come back to find a permanent way of living.Saxon 3 19:19, November 29, 2009 (UTC)

We all know that the Master isn't the real big bad in the specials, he is just lkike the Doctor: both are running from death in the finale. But something's coming, and a 'shadow has fallen over creation, something vast is stirring in the dark!'

Endangered universe Shadow falling over creation The darkness Posessed Ood

All the above is screaming the Beast. I noted on the Beast's profile recently in references that his number has been repeatadly been coming up since the Tenth Doctor's first appearance. Therefore, it should be linked to his final appearance, which has, and in no shock, possesed Ood! Ever since The Christmas Invasion, 666 has come up in The Christmas Invasion, The Impossible Planet, Doomsday, Last of the Time Lords, Voyage of the Damned, Midnight, The Stolen Earth, and Planet of the Dead.

The Christmas Invasion- The Doctor near the end when talking to Harriet says 'just 6', '6 Words', '6'

The Impossible Planet- Rose Tyler notes that some number coordinates form '666', the Beast himself appears

Doomsday- The Doctor says they need the set three coordinates all to '6' each, making 666

Last of the Time Lords- When the Master looks deep into the vortex, you can clearly see it form a large 6

Voyage of the Damned- the Doctor shouts of random numbers when trying to stop the host, and briefly shouts '666!'

Midnight- Jethro utters '666' and Midnight coppies him.

The Stolen Earth- Gride reference 666

Planet of the Dead- "The Planet of the Dead" when the Doctor is trying to contact U.N.I.T and mistakenly calls "Pizza Geronimo" he reminds himself that the number is '7 6 not 6 7' which when typed using a phone would be 7 -666- 867

The above was found by someone else.

Therefore, can you all see how the Beast's number has been coming up rapidly and just like Bad Wolf, all leading upto the finale, which has posessed Ood? No one can really doubt the Beast is the big bad in the finale anymore, far too much is hinting it. Even the description for the enemy in The End of Time fits: a darkness, something stirring in the dark, and posessing the Ood. Got to be the Beast.

Unless Russel T. Davies is a devil worshiper, he would put the Beast's number all over the series (like he did Bad Wolf) for it not to mean something! The number even appeared in a Torchwood episode, an of which mentioned something moving in the dark. I believe the episode was They Keep Killing Suzie; if I remember correctly, she mentioned something moving in the dark (sound familar? Returning through the dark), and the Beast's number appaeared in that very episode that mentioned. A huge hidden plot has been stirring in the dark (no pun intented) all this time if you ask me.

The Beast's number has been following the Doctor everywhere, and Ood Sigmas has come under a mysterious posession now? Delton Menace 01:32, December 2, 2009 (UTC)

just found this in DWM: "In The Sound of Drums and Last of the Timelords he mirrored the Doctor by being powerful, suave and megalomanic. Now it's a new opposite- lost and raw and savage. Something's gone very wrong with his return- you'll have to watch to find out what!- but that X ray effect seen in the trail, where he's all skull and bones, is just the start of the trouble. Imagine all the pent-up forces of a Time Lord body- artron energy, regeneration energy, all that stuff- ripping open and breaking loose. A dying Time Lord is a terrifying thing! So with the Master dying, the Doctor's end approaching, and both determined to survive, they're hurtling along an almnighty collision course. And that's just part one!"
