A new idea occurred after puzzling about that final close up to the Tardis keyhole (which has been discussed and seemingly eliminated as a crack elsewhere)... but is it keys & locks generally or specifically the Tardis? Any thoughts?

TEH The Doctor can't open the Tardis with his key while the Tardis is rebuilding, until later after it is glowing in his hand, Doctor handcuffed to the radiator and Amy has lost the key

TBB Winder keys which are never seen being used, Amy picking the lock

VotD Churchill pick pockets the Tardis key but Amy demands it back and returns it to the Doctor somewhat reluctantly, so she does not have a key herself!

TToA ???

FaS River in handcuffs (which I partly suspect the Doctor sonics when he whispers the fairytale line in her ear in a closeup shot)

VoV Amy opens the Tardis door apparantly without needing to use a key or finger snap after calling it 'my spaceship'

So is there something connecting Amy to the Tardis that allows her to open the door (and who knows what else inside it) that we don't yet know?

Add in the scene from the Eleventh hour when Amy walks through the console room like she owns the place fiddling with switches (simmilar to the Doctor at the end of Family of Blood) and there might be something to it.24.9.195.137 15:26, May 11, 2010 (UTC)

Time of ANgels had that scene where Amy is trapped with the TV-Angel and teh door was deadlocked. 58.111.101.158 07:21, May 12, 2010 (UTC)
