- I think the "found in a hidden panel in K9" comes from the old Sarah Jane Adventures website, which has unfortunately been redesigned. I tried to find the source searching the site via archive.org, but couldn't find it; archive.org doesn't handle Flash-based sites very well. I did find this, which confirms that the lipstick and scanner watch were gifts from the Doctor, but not that he left them in K9.
