Having been born in 1985, my first enjoyable experience of watching Doctor Who was not until I saw Doctor Who: The TV Movie. Previous to this, my only experience of the series was a not so enjoyable one, after being somewhat scared by the Sea Devils at a very young age.
I have been a fan of the new series since it was first broadcast in 2005, and have since begun educating myself in the ways of classic Who.
I now enjoy both series as a science fiction fan, and also as a Film and Television Studies graduate, having graduated from University of Wales, Aberystwyth in 2007.
