Lynn Pierce was the mother of Jasmine Pierce and the girlfriend of Roy.
Biography
Like Roy, she thought that her daughter was a bit strange because she had no friends and talked with her imaginary friends.
Roy was killed by the Fairies at a party celebrating the five year anniversary of their relationship in 2007. She was left on her own when Jasmine was taken by the Fairies to their "Lost Lands" to become a Fairy herself. (TW: Small Worlds)
According to a file on the incident written by Jack, after her daughter was taken by the Fairies, Lynn repeatedly beat Jack to death in rage. (The Torchwood Archives)
