Isskar
Isskar, in his youth, was a magistrate who dealt with minor issues on the planet Mars, which included him accusing The Doctor and Amy for trespassing, even though it was actually Zara and Harmonious 14 Zink. As he talked him them, he liked to play guessing games. After Amy and Zara had converted the third segment of the Key to Time, capstone of a pyramid, and Zara fled the scene, he rescued Zink, the Doctor and Amy from a collapsing gravity bubble. This was the start of the destruction of Mars to its present state.
After many years of traipsing around the Galaxy looking for the Doctor, he found him on a ringworld in a Valdigian castle, and was trapped inside the fourth segment when Zara converted it. After being released by Amy, he imprisoned the Doctor on his space craft on Zara's orders. He helped the Doctor as his ship was destroyed by Zara. He escaped in his craft before it fell into the Nagoontet nebula. (BFA: The Judgement of Isskar)
