This vicar took part in the funeral of Reverend Aubrey Fairchild. He protested Miss Hartigan's appearance at the funeral before an army of Cyberman invaded. In the fighting that followed, he was on the ground surrounded by Cybermen. (DW The Next Doctor)
- It is unknown what happened to the Vicar; presumably he was killed by the Cybermen.
