Commander Risstaal, along with Ssard and Tusstokk, was a guard at the Ascendance Rite for Izaxyrl. They confronted the Eighth Doctor and Stacy Townsend when they found them nearby. He was wounded in an attack by Lord Artix's men. (RT: Descendance)
