Hertford (The Bloodless Soldier)

Captain Hertford was the leader of a group of soldiers who were fighting in India. He was bitten by an animal and suddenly began to transform. Within his rapidly changing body, he craved blood and killed many people in London. He was eventually shot, in case of further killings, by his fellow soldier Higson. (JAL: The Bloodless Soldier)
